Consider the following questions to make a go / no go decision on the One Medical for Autism idea.

• Are challenges faced by families of special needs children a space we want to commit to?

  • ✅ This is more motivating than vast majority of other problems

    • Excruciating pain for parents (across income levels)
    • Affects live of children (across income levels)
    • Personal story for CBH.

    Why not:

    • Not particular close to special needs / autism
    • Healthcare is difficult/frustrating
• Are we the right team to build this, or can we assemble it?
  • ❓Not clear it matches this teams unfair advantages, but very much believe this team could be assembled
• Are we jumping-out-of-our-chair excited to start a services-heavy business? This was the killer risk before.
  • ☑️Not as concerned as I was before about this, perhaps because it seems like you can do more tech things over time + overcoming "schlep blindness"
• How has 3 months of COVID changed the goodness of the idea?
